The West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval is a massive Halloween parade and celebration in Los Angeles, and is considered one of the most unique gatherings of its kind in the world. This annual event is free to attend, and will take place on a one-mile stretch of Santa Monica Boulevard between N. Doheny Drive and N. La Cienega Boulevard.
