Winterfest Holiday Lights and Festivities have returned to transform Third Street Promenade into the most magical west-coast winter wonderland. Aside from the 14-foot Snow Globe, thousands of lights and tinsel displays throughout the blocks will make for the best photo backdrops. From now through December 24th, Santa Clause will be around for pics, and you can also catch special performances by the dancing stars, Santa Monica Beach Belles.
Down the street, California Heritage Museum hosts Miracle on Main Street; a tree lighting celebration on December 11th from 1 p.m.- 6p.m. and then a Festive Farmer's Market on Sunday, December 12th, with a visit from Santa until 5p.m!
If you find yourself in Santa Monica around December 18th, try to partake in the 12th Annual Santa Monica Pub Crawl. The party starts at 5 p.m., and your ticket includes access to over 30 locations, offering discounts on food and drinks to those with the official wristband.
