The festivities kick off on Saturday, June 24th, with a range of events including competitions, interactive games and youth activities. On the pier deck, you can sway to the rhythm of hula dancing, indulge in the beer and spirits garden, and groove to live music. There will even be a "Museum of Beach Life", where you can immerse yourself in the rich heritage of lifeguarding, paddleboarding, surfing, and skateboarding around the Santa Monica Pier.
A highlight of the festivities is the first-ever Sandcastle Competition. On Sunday, June 25th, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the beach will transform into a hub of creativity as locals and visitors come together to build awe-inspiring sandcastles. Grab your shovels and buckets and let your imagination run wild!
